What This Service Is (and Isn't)
1000 Island Roofing is an independent marketing and lead-generation service covering Jefferson County and the Thousand Islands region of New York. We are not a roofing contractor, and we do not perform roofing installation, repair, or inspection work ourselves.
What we do is connect homeowners who submit a request with a licensed, insured local roofing contractor who can provide a quote. The contractor performs the work — not us.
Consent to Contact
By submitting the form on this site, you agree to be contacted by 1000 Island Roofing about your roofing request. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of any purchase.
Your consent covers contact from 1000 Island Roofing and from the single licensed local contractor we match you with. It does not extend to any other business, and we do not route your consent to a list of contractors for repeated or automated follow-up.
Your Information and How It's Shared
The form asks for your name, email, ZIP code, and a description of the roofing issue; phone is optional. We use this information to confirm your request, verify a matching contractor, and route your project to that contractor.
We share your information with exactly one licensed local roofing contractor — the one we match you with — so they can provide your quote.
That contractor pays 1000 Island Roofing for the referral — that's how this service makes money, and it's the only sale involved. Your information itself is not sold to anyone else, not added to a marketing list, and not used for any purpose beyond connecting you with that one contractor.

No Guarantee of Work, Pricing, or Results
We do not guarantee that a contractor will contact you, that any quote will match a price range published on this site, or that a job will be completed to any particular standard. Matching you with a contractor is the extent of what we do.
Before we match you, we verify a contractor's license and insurance directly with the state and the insurer. That verification is a standard we hold contractors to before an introduction — it is not a guarantee of workmanship, timeline, or outcome on your specific project.
Contractors Are Independent Businesses
Every contractor we match you with is an independently owned and operated business — not an employee, franchise, or division of 1000 Island Roofing. Any contract, deposit, change order, or warranty is between you and that contractor directly.
If a dispute comes up over a contractor's work, pricing, or conduct, it is between you and that contractor. We are not a party to that agreement and cannot resolve it on your behalf, though we want to hear about it — see Questions below.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the site and the service evolve. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
